1. Can I reserve a booking for a specific date without making a full payment immediately?

Unfortunately, due to limited availability and high demand for our exclusive packages, we cannot hold any bookings without payment.

3. How many people can sleep in a room?

Typically, all room types accommodate up to 2 adults, and extra beds may be available upon request*.

4. Can you assist with my flight arrangements?

Certainly! Although our packages do not cover international flights, we are happy to help you arrange flights to and from your home country to make your travel experience seamless and convenient.

5. When is payment due?

A 30% deposit and a completed trip application form are required at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before the departure date.

6. What about accommodations, meals, and upgrades?

Your package includes comfortable accommodations with attached baths, along with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Upgrading to higher-end hotels is possible for an additional cost, subject to availability at certain locations.

7. Can we make this a private trip on our chosen date?

Certainly! We can arrange this trip as a private journey on a date of your preference, but please note that the price may vary for private trips.

8. Do I need a visa, permit, and entrance fees?

Yes, a visa is required for India, and information on obtaining it will be provided after the trip is booked. For Nepal, you can obtain a visa upon arrival. All necessary permits and entrance fees are included in the land cost.

9. How are guides, drivers, and travel arranged during the tour?

We provide experienced drivers and English-speaking local guides throughout the tour. Additionally, a dedicated support staff accompanies the group, ensuring a hassle-free trip. Transportation is provided in a comfortable private car, van, mini-bus, or bus, depending on the group size.

10. What is the group size limit?

The maximum number of participants is limited to 40.
